Welcome to Tech Junction. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website. By accessing our services or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Tech Junction's services, website, or placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to printing services, branding solutions, IT installations, and related services.
2 Services Description
Tech Junction provides the following services:

- Printing and branding solutions (business cards, brochures, banners, signage)
- Customized corporate gifts, trophies, and mementos
- CCTV surveillance system installation and maintenance
- LAN and WiFi network installation and configuration
- Fiber optic cable works and internet connectivity solutions
- General IT solutions, consulting, and technical support
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.
3 Quotations and Pricing
Quote Validity
All price quotes provided by Tech Junction are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Quotes are subject to change based on market conditions, material costs, or scope changes.
Pricing Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate pricing information. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of services you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
Additional Charges
Any additional work, modifications, or services requested after the initial quote approval may incur extra charges. We will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding with the work.
4 Payment Terms
Payment Schedule:
- Projects under ₹10,000: Full payment may be required before delivery or upon completion
- Projects above ₹10,000: 50% advance payment required, balance due upon completion
- Large installations: Payment may be structured in milestones as agreed upon
- Recurring services: Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
- Cheque (subject to clearance)
- Credit/Debit Cards (where applicable)
Late Payment
Payment is due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.
GST and Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST and other applicable taxes will be added to the invoice as per Indian tax laws.
5 Order Acceptance and Confirmation
Your order is not confirmed until we have sent you a confirmation email or provided written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product/service availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
For custom orders (printing, branding, customized gifts), you will be required to review and approve design proofs or specifications before we proceed with production or installation.
6 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Before Production/Work Begins: Cancellations made before any work has commenced may receive a full refund minus any administrative charges (up to 10% of order value)
- After Production Begins: Custom orders (printed materials, engraved items) are non-refundable once production has started
- Installation Services: Cancellations after materials have been procured will incur charges for materials and labor already committed
- Standard Products: May be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. For bank transfers, please provide account details for refund processing.
Tech Junction-Initiated Cancellations
If we need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, material unavailability, or other valid reasons, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
7 Delivery and Installation
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery or completion times are approximate and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. Delays due to factors beyond our control (material shortages, weather, etc.) will not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Installation Services
For CCTV, networking, and fiber optic installations, we require access to the installation site and any necessary permissions. The customer is responsible for ensuring site readiness, including power supply, mounting surfaces, and any required civil work unless specifically included in the quote.
Inspection and Acceptance
Upon delivery or completion of installation, you must inspect the work/products. Any defects or issues must be reported within 48 hours. Acceptance is deemed complete if no issues are reported within this timeframe.
8 Warranties and Guarantees
Product Warranties
Hardware products (CCTV cameras, networking equipment, etc.) carry manufacturer warranties as specified. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms or fulfillment.
Installation Warranty
Our installation workmanship is warranted for a period of 90 days from completion. This warranty covers defects in installation only and does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or environmental factors.
Print Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our printed materials at the time of delivery. Claims for defective printing must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will reprint defective items at no charge if the defect is due to our error.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage from improper use, accidents, or negligence
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Acts of God, fire, flood, or other environmental damage
- Issues arising from third-party products or services
9 Intellectual Property Rights
Customer Content
You retain all ownership rights to content, logos, designs, and materials you provide to us. By providing such materials, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services.
Custom Designs
For custom design work (logos, branding materials), final ownership transfers to you upon receipt of full payment. Until payment is complete, we retain all rights to the designs.
Tech Junction Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tech Junction and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Third-Party Trademarks
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any third-party trademarks, copyrighted materials, or intellectual property in your orders. We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement claims arising from customer-provided content.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Junction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from:
- Use or inability to use our services
- Errors or omissions in service delivery
- Delays in delivery or installation
- Equipment failure or malfunction
- Any third-party products or services
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11 Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery
- Review and approve all proofs, specifications, and designs promptly
- Ensure you have rights to all content and materials provided
- Make timely payments as per agreed terms
- Provide necessary access and cooperation for installations
- Report any issues or defects within specified timeframes
- Use installed equipment and services responsibly and as intended
- Maintain proper operating conditions for installed equipment
12 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tech Junction, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Content or materials you provide
- Your use of our services
13 Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith discussions.
Mediation
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Guwahati, Assam, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
14 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
15 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
